Legal terms

Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of yulmeris.digital. By accessing the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

This is a plain-language document. Each section below covers one part of the agreement — what the site is for, what you may do here, how accuracy is handled, and how to reach us with a question about any of it.

Section one

Purpose of the site

Yulmeris publishes reference entries, style guidance, and documentation standards about official policy sources. The site is informational. It does not provide legal advice, and it does not act on behalf of any government agency.

Entries are written for readers who need a clear starting point: policy staff, compliance teams, writers and editors who maintain documentation, and members of the public comparing what an agency has published. Each entry points back to the source document it describes so you can read the original yourself.

Because the site is a reference and not a service, using it does not create a professional or advisory relationship of any kind. Where a decision depends on the exact wording of a rule, read the source document and, where the stakes are high, take advice from a qualified professional who can review your facts.

Section two

Acceptable use

You may read, link to, and quote short passages from this site with attribution. What follows separates the uses that are welcome from the ones that are not permitted.

Welcome

  • A Reading entries and following the links to the agency publications they describe.
  • B Linking to any page from your own site, internal wiki, or training material.
  • C Quoting a short passage in a document or presentation, with attribution to this site.
  • D Sending a correction or a question through the contact page.

Not permitted

  • A Scraping the site at a volume that degrades service for other readers.
  • B Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the site, its files, or its infrastructure.
  • C Using the site to distribute unlawful material or to misrepresent an agency position.
  • D Automated access that interferes with normal operation of the site.

Section three

Accuracy and no legal advice

Entries describe official sources and are checked against them, but source documents change and may be updated without notice. The official source controls in all cases.

Nothing on this site creates an attorney-client relationship, and nothing here substitutes for advice from a qualified professional who knows your situation.

  • Checked against sources

Each entry is compared with the document it summarises before publication, and the source link sits inside the entry so you can verify the wording yourself.

  • Sources change

Agencies revise, renumber, and withdraw material. A page here can be accurate on the day it was written and out of step a month later, which is why the source document is the authority.

  • Not advice

Guidance here explains how a source is organised and what it covers. It does not tell you how a rule applies to your facts, and it is not a legal opinion.

  • Tell us

If you spot wording that has been superseded, send a note through the contact page and include the source you are comparing against so we can check it.

Section four

External links

The site links to agency publications, Regulations.gov, and other external resources. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices.

A link is there to help you reach the original document, not to suggest that the destination endorses this site. If a link stops working, tell us through the contact page and we will look at it.

Section five

Intellectual property

Site text and original materials are protected by applicable law. Names of government documents and agencies are used for identification and remain the property or designation of their issuing bodies.

Short quotation with a link back to the page is welcome. Republishing an entry in full, or presenting our wording as your own, is not.

Section six

Submitted content

If you send a correction, question, or other message, you confirm that the information is accurate to your knowledge and that you have the right to share it. Do not include confidential or sensitive personal information in a submission.

Disclaimer of warranties

The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any entry reflects the most recent version of a source document.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Yulmeris is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or reliance on its content.

Section seven

Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms. The version published on this page is the current one, and continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.

When the substance of a term changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it. If you rely on these terms for a project, keep your own copy of the version you read.

Questions about these terms

Questions about these terms can be sent through the contact page. The documentation team answers general questions about the site and its entries; it cannot advise on how a rule applies to your situation.

If you want to understand how the entries themselves are written and checked, the documentation standards explain the process behind every page. For anything about the terms above, the contact page is the right route.
